Thread: Advice on phosphate reactor + ro/di filters

  1. Question Advice on phosphate reactor + ro/di filters

Well its about time I suck it up and buy these two things for my 90G reef. Does anyone have a good brand or model that they prefer for both of these and know where a sale or good price can be found? I don't know too much about good models and I want to make a good choice the first time :P

    Thanks guys

two little fishies makes a $45 phosban reactor that you can get from progressive reef.
bulk reef supply has the cheapest RO/DI setups i've seen, I bought my 4 stage from there and am happy with the results, and the dollar is not bad right now so its a good bet

Re: Advice on phosphate reactor + ro/di filters

Im running a two little fishies phosban reactor and just ordered 4lbs of GFO from Bulkreef supple. 4lbs with shipping and taxes came to about $70.

a 1/3lb can of phosban runs about $25 locally.

I have an Aquasafe RO/DI and am very happy with it, but I dont know if this brand is still available.
