Just a quick note to remind everyone about our next member’s meeting, as there is a slight change of date, time and place. The details are as follows:

Date: Tuesday April 29th
Time: 7:30 – 9:30
Place: Saanich Commonwealth Pool, Cedar Room
Topic: A presentation by Myron Roth (aka Rondelet) on Ich entitled:

What is it? How to prevent it, how to manage it.

For those who are interesting in my background (I’m a fish biologist that specialises in fish parasitology/chemotherapy) there is some info HERE .

Wait, wasn't this originally scheduled for Sunday April 27th??? I was hoping to attend this meeting, but I work evenings during the week. I thought this was why we were alternating weekend and weekday meetings. There is no way I can schedule this time off given the short notice.

Sorry about this Andrea. The date was changed from Sunday to the new date on a Tuesday evening as I had some scheduling conflicts. Notice of the changes were made in the meeting schedule thread some time ago. If a lot of people can't make it, we might be able to re-schedule the talk for another time in the fall depending on demand.

ACKKKK - No! Just to be clear, the meeting is on for tomorrow evening (Tuesday, April 29th). What I meant was that I would give the talk again in the fall if some people couldn't make it tomorrow night.


The Cedar Room (Saanich Commonwealth Pool) is on the main floor. Go in the main doors, go toward the stairs and turn right. The Cedar room is on the right halfway along the corridor. Should be pretty easy to find.

Well so much for that. I am impaired with the drugs I have to take and I had trouble walking so much when I went to set up Kenisiology there. I will have to sit this one out. DARN!
