These are the best pictures I could manage to get of my golden dojo loach. I think that he is starting to form some sort of septacemia... take a look at the whiskers and the fins for red streaks. Or are these markings normal and im just over reacting? He acts and eats normally.

I agree, looks relatively normal to me. If you are concerned you can keep an eye on it. Taking a few more pictures will also help to discern changes over time.
Nice to know there is someone else out there that looks at every spot and spec on their fish! :o
